NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that by resolution of the Company’s shareholders passed at an extraordinary meeting on 1 July 2024, the Company was wound up and placed into liquidation.
NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that Sophie Smith and Matthew Wright of Leonard Curtis C.I. Limited, Les Vardes House, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 1EL have been appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company (the “Joint Liquidators”) for the purposes of the winding up of the Company with effect from the 1 July 2024.
