Our debt recovery team is an experienced director-led team which comprises of experienced solicitors who are supported by junior team members. Your matter will always be allocated to a director who will be supported by a qualified solicitor (who may be identified as a Solicitor, Associate, Associate Solicitor or Associate Director) who will be assisted by a paralegal and/or legal executive who, whilst they are not qualified solicitors, will be trained in our debt recovery processes.
