We are instructed to seek offers for the total assets of a security company pending forthcoming insolvency. The deadline for bids is 4pm on Friday 19th July 2024, with the aim of completing the transaction by way of a pre-pack administration sale the following week.
The company are understood to own very little in the way of physical assets, other than a few computers and two vehicles.
The company provide security at a number of locations, primarily in the South of England.
We understand wages are paid on the 7th of each month which means the successful purchaser will need to be ready to pay wages for the month of July on 7th August.
