Peter joined Leonard Curtis until March 2024, and has been a close adviser to the business for over 30 years.
In his previous role, Peter acted as CEO of Gateley Vinden, formerly The Vinden Partnership, which he formed in 1994 to advise clients on the management and development of land and buildings, commercial dispute resolution and business restructuring and recovery. The Vinden Partnership was acquired by Gateley Holding Plc in 2020.
Peter has been involved in managing and advising countless clients involved in major building and infrastructure projects, from office, housing and hospital projects through to radio telescopes and national high speed train links.
He supports and advises clients operating in the property, construction and civil engineering sectors, providing advice on commercial dispute resolution, business restructuring and recovery.
Over the last 30 years Peter has acted as a trusted confidential adviser to many businesses that have encountered trading difficulties and have needed dispute resolution advice or have required intervention via a restructuring or recovery program. Many of these businesses remain clients of the firm today, seeking advice, guidance and support through a businesses’ entire lifecycle whenever required.
