Leonard Curtis awarded prestigious 2-star Best Companies accreditation
Leonard Curtis has been awarded a prestigious Best Companies 2-star accreditation on the back of its ‘outstanding’ commitment to employee engagement.
Best Companies is a UK-based specialist in workplace engagement which recognises organisations that genuinely value and respect their employees.
Leonard Curtis was applauded for its commitment to colleagues beyond the workplace, with the report producing some impressive figures. Almost 90% of colleagues feel that they make a positive contribution, while an overwhelming number are proud to work for the business; a strong determiner of engagement.
The majority of employees reported that their team care for each other, while their manager helps them to fulfil their potential. 84% of colleagues believe that their role is good for their personal growth, and more than three quarters are excited about where the organisation is going.

The Leonard Curtis Foundation, created in December 2020 to support worthwhile causes and local communities, was also highly commended. The initiative makes a positive social impact and allows employees to nominate registered charities to support. With 88% of colleagues feeling the group encourages charitable activities, the Foundation is a demonstration of Leonard Curtis’ commitment to giving back to society, reinforcing colleagues’ sense of purpose and engagement.
The 2-star achievement highlights the Group’s 'Be the Difference' ethos, continuing to recognise colleagues’ value and the impact and significance of their work.
