Leonard Curtis strengthens presence in the South West and South Wales
Restructuring and insolvency specialist Leonard Curtis has appointed Siann Huntley as South West and Wales regional lead and Sean Ward to head up the Cardiff office to support the growth of its regional business operations.
Siann Huntley is a qualified Insolvency Practitioner with over 20 years of experience and has been with the company since 2015. She is a key player in the business’ South West operations having established the Cardiff office in 2019 and opened the Leonard Curtis Taunton office in 2022.
Now based in Bristol she focuses on the restructuring and business-rescue aspects of the company. Supported in the office by a team of eight, including Rob Banbury, Business Development Manager and new senior manager recruit Tom Coates.
The Bristol office located in Queens Square, has been offering restructuring and insolvency services to local businesses since opening in 2011. The firm specialises in corporate restructuring and insolvency, debt advice, equity and debt finance raising for SMEs, property solutions and legal services.
Siann said: "Since joining the company in 2015, I've had the privilege of being part of its growth and development. Now based in Bristol, my focus remains on restructuring and business rescue, working closely with our talented team of professionals. We are continuing to build a talented team here that is well-positioned to offer strategic solutions that support businesses in times of need.”
Sean Ward has been appointed as lead for the Cardiff office, further demonstrating the business’ commitment to the wider region.
Sean Ward joined Leonard Curtis in 2022. He is also a qualified Insolvency Practitioner, playing a key role in the operation with a focus on business development and advisory solutions. He is supported by Dan Jeanes, Business Development Manager, who assists in driving the business forward.
