Newsource Commercial Finance, part of the funding and brokerage arm of Leonard Curtis, has been shortlisted for Development Finance Broker of the Year in the prestigious Business Moneyfacts Awards 2025.
Winners of this category will have to demonstrate an exceptionally high standard of achievement within the development finance space, showing an innovative approach to problem-solving, resulting in excellent levels of client satisfaction.
The award is won through the testimonial of others with specific examples of where the broker has delivered against the criteria.
Mark Craven, from Newsource Commercial Finance, said he was delighted with the nomination. “It’s the ultimate recognition because it is supported by people’s real life experience of how we work and what we do. We look forward to joining our fellow nominees at the industry event and raising awareness of the role of the master broker in the specialist property sector.”
There are ten nominees in the category.
Newsource specialises in working with brokers and their clients on sourcing finance across residential BTL and property portfolios, commercial property investments, property developments, refurbishment loans and bridging funding. Based in Harrogate, the highly experienced team of 5 operates with a national coverage.
